Limited Warranty
This warranty is limited to flooring materials for a specific time period.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase. If any flooring is defective in materials or workmanship, SnapLock Industries, Inc. will replace the defective flooring with like or similar flooring free of charge for the first five (5) years from date of original purchase. After the initial warranty period, defective flooring replacement will be pro-rated as follows: for next three (3) years – six, seven and eight – customer is responsible for 50% of the current retail price; for the next two (2) years – nine, ten– customer is responsible for 80% of the current retail price; Replacement costs will not include labor or actual freight charges.
Warranty Restrictions
If the flooring is subject to any use other than its intended use the above warranty coverage is null and void. If flooring is damaged by accident, through improper maintenance or the use of unapproved chemicals or cleaning methods, unreasonable use, neglect, improper installation or other cause not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship, the above warranty coverage shall be null and void. The interlocking system is included under the warranty unless the flooring is disassembled improperly (based on installation instructions that provide proper disassembly procedure). Appearance of replacement flooring may differ slightly from original flooring. All SnapLock Industries, Inc. surfacing must be used within the parameters defined in each product’s Specification Guide. Any installation or use outside of the intended specifications will void the warranty. Warranty Service
Warranty Service is available upon authorization and verification by SnapLock Industries, Inc. at 2330 West California Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. Replaced flooring shall become the property of SnapLock Industries, Inc. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. SnapLock Industries, Inc. does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with this flooring. There are no warranties which extend beyond those provided for in this Limited Warranty. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE . SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. SnapLock Industries, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, or consequential damages.
